I have always had faith in her and will always continue to. She is creative and brilliant with limitless potential! Let her also act as an example of the change she wants to create in the world and know that all of you, have just as much potential as well! Life can be challenging and confusing at times, but as long as you take your mistakes as valid lessons that provide knowledge and wisdom, they will only empower you to keep going on the right track. Especially if you have supportive friends who never give up on you, no matter what. We all have at least a few of those, right?

If you add her to watch, let her know that it was because of this journal. Let her know that her skills are epic. She can be a bit hard on herself sometimes and she does need to be reminded that she has awesome skills. She can be a bit of a perfectionist at times, so sometimes it can be hard for her to see how awesome she is. But, I guess that can be said for everyone. Society does teach us all to be hard on ourselves.
