Should the U.S. take military action against North Korea?

Michael Snyder | End Of The American Dream - AUGUST 11, 2017

If you ask many Americans this question, they will tell you that we should, but as you will see below some of those same people cannot even find North Korea on a map of the world. And most Americans seem to have no idea that if we start bombing North Korea that it could literally start World War 3. The North Koreans have warned us that if we strike them they will respond by firing missiles at South Korea, Japan, Guam and potentially even targets in the continental United States. It would be a war in which potentially millions of people could die, and in the end there would be no “winner”. If a single North Korean nuke detonated in Seoul, Tokyo or another major city, it would be a disaster on a scale never seen before in modern human history.

So we should definitely not enter into a conflict with North Korea lightly. But according to a poll that just came out, 62 percentof Americans consider North Korea to be a “very serious threat”, and 50 percent favor “the U.S. taking military action against North Korea in response to its development and testing of weapons that could reach the U.S. mainland”.

Right now, the Trump administration is definitely stuck between a rock and a hard place. Because North Korea already has missiles that can reach the continental United States, and they are working on developing an entire fleet of ICBMs that would be capable of wiping out the entire nation. But like I discussed in the opening paragraph, a direct military strike risks the chance of starting the most catastrophic war in modern history.

Sadly, most Americans know very little about North Korea or about why it is important. In fact, Jimmy Kimmel discovered that many Americans cannot even find it on a map of the world...

I hope that people start waking up, because we are getting closer to war with North Korea with each passing day.

Earlier this week, President Trump threatened North Korea with “fire and fury” if the North Koreans didn’t back down.

North Korea almost immediately responded by threatening to bomb our military bases on Guam.

In response to that threat, President Trump promised to do things to North Korea that “they never thought possible”

'Maybe it wasn’t tough enough. They’ve been doing this to our country for a long time, for many years, and it’s about time that somebody stuck up for the people of this country and for the people of other countries,’ Trump countered. ‘So if anything, maybe that statement wasn’t tough enough.’

Trump said Kim Jong-Un should be ‘very, very nervous’ about U.S. retaliation. ‘Because things will happen to them like they never thought possible, OK?' he said.

Not too long after that, the North Koreans responded with an angry statement that promised “a shameful defeat and final doom” for the United States…

Moments ago, North Korea’s state-run KCNA news agency responded to the latest iteration of mutually-assured threats of destruction, blasting that it will “mercilessly wipe out the provocateurs making desperate attempts to stifle socialist country” and adds that “the U.S. will suffer a shameful defeat and final doom if it persists in extreme military adventure, sanctions and pressure.”

This exchange would probably be humorous if millions of lives were not hanging in the balance.

In the end, President Trump is going to have a decision to make, because the North Koreans are not going to back down in this nuclear game of chicken. In fact, they have already clearly stated that there will be no negotiations when it comes to their nuclear weapons program…

‘We will, under no circumstances, put the nukes and ballistic rockets on the negotiating table,’ North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho said, effectively declining to engage in talks about the nuclear program.

So either President Trump is going to have to back down, take military action or find another way to deal with North Korea’s nukes.

Let there be no doubt – the North Korean people are fully prepared for war. They are trained to hate America from birth, and enmity toward our nation is one of the key pillars of their society.

This week, a massive rally was held in Kim Il-sung Square that was intended to demonstrate their solidarity

"TENS of thousands of North Koreans have been pictured raising their fists in a show of strength at a mass rally yesterday after Donald Trump threatened to destroy the regime.

Incredible snaps show Kim Il-sung Square in the capital Pyongyang filled with people carrying placards plastered with propaganda slogans.

Party supporters carried signs with messages like “Strike the United States with nuclear thunderbolt!”, “Those who touch us will not escape death” and “A revenge attack of annihilation”.

Even though many Americans are completely oblivious to what is going on, that is not the case in Japan. Patriot missiles are being moved into position in Tokyo, and sales of bomb shelters are going through the roof

"Pictures show how a PAC-3 Patriot missile unit has been moved in to a compound at the Defence Ministry in the capital after officials said they could shoot down North Korean rockets if they pass overhead.

Sales of bomb shelters in Japan are said to have increased as tensions continue to rise in the region while officials in Seoul have vowed to bolster their defences. But South Korean citizens – long accustomed to its neighbour’s fearsome rhetoric – are staying remarkably calm as the crisis unfolds, it has been reported.

Officials in Hawaii, meanwhile, say they are working on how to warn its 1.4million residents in the event of an attack".

Hopefully cooler heads will prevail, but I have been saying this for quite a while now and yet we continue to move toward war.

Yes, the United States could defeat North Korea militarily, but in the process millions (or even tens of millions) of people could die, and such an outcome is absolutely unthinkable.

Doctors, medical bureaucrats, and government officials in Australia are foaming at the mouth

Jon Rappoport | - AUGUST 9, 2017

Breaking: Interview with Vaxxed Producer who was Banned from Australia
Polly Tommey, producer of the famous documentary, Vaxxed (trailer), has been banned from Australia. If that sounds quite insane—it is.

Vaxxed has been screening across the world. It is an explosive revelation about egregious fraud at the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

The film focuses on the 2014 public confession of a long-time researcher at the CDC, William Thompson. Thompson admits that he and his colleagues committed a crime, by manipulating data to give the MMR vaccine a free pass, “proving” it had no connection to autism—when in fact, as Thompson states, the vaccine does raise the risk of autism in children.

Here are a few statements from The Sydney Morning Herald’s report, headlined: “Anti-vaccination advocate ‘banned from Australia’ after documentary tour.”

“The producer Polly Tommey behind a controversial anti-vaccination film which has been touring Australia has been banned from returning to the country for three years, she claims.”

“Ms Tommey spearheaded a sold-out national roadshow of the documentary Vaxxed: From Cover-up to Catastrophe organised by the Australian Vaccinations-Skeptics Network.”

“In a video, posted to Youtube on Tuesday, Ms Tommey claimed authorities seized her phone and copied her emails as she left Australian soil to continue the New Zealand leg of the film tour.”
“’They (Australian Border Force) told me I was banned from Australia for three years and that I would be getting a letter to confirm this,’ Ms Toomey said.”

“A number of secret screenings of the documentary and Q&A sessions were hosted in Australia, including one last week at Village’s Crown casino cinemas in Southbank and another in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.”

I contacted Polly Tommey, and she sent me this statement, quickly typed on her phone as she was heading to New Zealand:

“After a very successful 2 week tour of Vaxxed in Australia with packed out venues including the Australian National University I went through passport control in Adelaide airport on route to New Zealand, I was traveling with Anu Vaidya, our social media director—he was allowed straight through (we are both on the same business visas and both do the same work, Q&As and stories from parents via social media) I was detained.”

“They took my phone and asked for my password which I gave them (I have nothing to hide) they screenshot emails between AVN [Australian Vaccinations-Skeptics Network(on facebook)] and Vaxxed. They grilled me on Vaxxed and who made money from the documentary, they asked me about Andy Wakefield [also involved in the film’s production].”

“They told me I was banned from Australia for 3 years and I would receive an email to explain in due course. They then gave me my phone back and let me board a plane to New Zealand.”

“Australia’s press did this, they promoted Vaxxed and our tour. We barely filled the venues before they wrote endless articles with quotes from health ministers saying how Vaxxed is dangerous lies. From that moment on the venues were packed with waiting lists, they are their own worst enemies.”

“I don’t need to go back to Australia, the people are strong and know what to do. They are as angry as the rest of the world at the death and destruction of our babies and loved ones.”

Doctors, medical bureaucrats, and government officials in Australia are foaming at the mouth, releasing statements against Vaxxed and warning how “dangerous” the film is, and how it should not be shown and seen.

These Orwellian lunatics want to cancel the public’s right to have access to information. “Don’t think, obey.”

Here is their strategy in a nutshell: they want to equate certain information with shouting fire in a crowded theater and, therefore, claim the right to free speech and free assembly is canceled.
Actually, and quite literally, they’re the ones shouting fire in a crowded theater. Because they want to empty the theaters.

The content of Vaxxed is all about exposing the lies of official science.

Toxic vaccination is destroying the brains of babies and children.

Whether you agree or disagree with that last statement, trying to outlaw conversation about it and intimidate people who want the conversation is sheer totalitarian madness.

Polly Tommey is a woman who stands for what she believes and puts everything on the line. She has delved deeply into the protected secrets of the medical establishment. She has emerged with a film brimming with knowledge. In a half-sane world, she would be hailed as a hero. Obviously, the customs agents who detained and questioned her, as she was leaving Australia, who told her she was banned from the country, were acting on behalf of higher-ups.

Those medical, political, and pharmaceutical higher-ups want silence. From you.

They want you to shut up and close your eyes and march straight ahead into the future they are laying out for you.
A future ever more toxic.

Are you going to give in? Are you going to abandon your natural right to search for the truth? Are you going to suck on the teat of the State and thank your betters for the morsels they hand you?
Are you going to believe this surrender to the State has no danger?

Are you going to stop worrying and learn to love Big Brother?

The US Marines tested all-male squads:

Journal Entry: Sat Aug 5, 2017, 9:04 PM
The US Marines tested all-male squads against mixed-gender ones, and the results were pretty bleak

Soldiers from the U.S. Marine Corps take part in a U.S.-South Korea joint landing operation drill along the shore in Pohang, about 370 km (230 miles) southeast of Seoul, March 29, 2012. North Korea remains technically at war with South Korea since the end of the Korean War in 1953. In a sign North Korea is moving forward with its announced plan to launch a rocket in mid-April, a U.S. official confirmed the U.S. had detected activity that looked like launch preparations at a facility near the country's northwestern border with China. REUTERS/Lee Jae-Won (SOUTH KOREA - Tags: MILITARY POLITICS) - RTR3018Z

In 2013, the US military lifted its ban on women serving in combat. Shortly after, the Marine Corps began what it calls an “unprecedented research effort” to understand the impact of gender integration on its combat forces. That took the form of a year-long experiment called the Ground Combat Element Integrated Task Force, in which 400 Marines—100 of them female—trained for combat together and then undertook a simulated deployment, with every facet of their experience measured and scrutinized.

All branches of the military are facing a January 1, 2016, deadline to open all combat roles to women. The Marine Corps is using this experiment to decide whether to request exceptions to that mandate.. The Corps’ summary of the experiment, posted online today by NPR, concludes that combat teams were less effective when they included women.

Overall, the report says, all-male teams and crews outperformed mixed-gender ones on 93 out of 134 tasks evaluated. All-male teams were universally faster “in each tactical movement.” On “lethality,” the report says:

All-male 0311 (rifleman) infantry squads had better accuracy compared to gender-integrated squads. There was a notable difference between genders for every individual weapons system (i.e. M4, M27, and M203) within the 0311 squads, except for the probability of hit & near miss with the M4.

All-male infantry crew-served weapons teams engaged targets quicker and registered more hits on target as compared to gender-integrated infantry crew-served weapons teams, with the exception of M2 accuracy.

All-male squads, teams and crews and gender-integrated squads, teams, and crews had a noticeable difference in their performance of the basic combat tasks of negotiating obstacles and evacuating casualties. For example, when negotiating the wall obstacle, male Marines threw their packs to the top of the wall, whereas female Marines required regular assistance in getting their packs to the top. During casualty evacuation assessments, there were notable differences in execution times between all-male and gender-integrated groups, except in the case where teams conducted a casualty evacuation as a one-Marine fireman’s carry of another (in which case it was most often a male Marine who “evacuated” the casualty)

The report also says that female Marines had higher rates of injury throughout the experiment.

Such conclusions may be disheartening to proponents of gender integration in combat, and certainly put a damper on the news that the Army’s ranger school recently graduated its first female soldiers. The tests come with at least one important caveat: As the Marine Corps Times notes, many of of the male study participants had previously served in combat units, whereas female participants, by necessity, came directly from infantry schools or from noncombat jobs.

The Marine Corps summary report does not indicate or suggest that the Marines will be asking for an exception to the military’s integration mandate. However, it does quote this somber section of a 1992 government study on gender integration in the armed forces:

A military unit at maximum combat effectiveness is a military unit least likely to suffer casualties. Winning in war is often only a matter of inches, and unnecessary distraction or any dilution of the combat effectiveness puts the mission and lives in jeopardy. Risking the lives of a military unit in combat to provide career opportunities or accommodate the personal desires or interests of an individual, or group of individuals, is more than bad military judgment. It is morally wrong.

Total Solar Eclipse 2017:

Journal Entry: Mon Jul 17, 2017, 5:47 PM
When, Where and How to See It (Safely)

By Staff | July 11, 2017 07:00am ET

On Aug. 21, 2017, people across the United States will see the sun disappear behind the moon, turning daylight into twilight, causing the temperature drop rapidly and revealing massive streamers of light streaking through the sky around the silhouette of the moon. On that day, America will fall under the path of a total solar eclipse.

The so-called Great American Total Solar Eclipse will darken skies all the way from Oregon to South Carolina, along a stretch of land about 70 miles (113 kilometers) wide. People who descend upon this "path of totality" for the big event are in for an unforgettable experience.

Here is's complete guide to the 2017 total solar eclipse. It includes information about where and when to see it, how long it lasts, what you can expect to see, and how to plan ahead to ensure you get the most out of this incredible experience.

Update 7/11: Don't forget to check out all our most recent articles about the total solar eclipse, including tips on where and how to see it. skywatching columnist and eclipse chaser Joe Rao recently reminisced about his very first total solar eclipse in 1972.

REMEMBER: Looking directly at the sun, even when it is partially covered by the moon, can cause serious eye damage or blindness. NEVER look at a partial solar eclipse without proper eye protection . See our complete guide to find out how to view the eclipse safely.

What is a total solar eclipse?

A total solar eclipse occurs when the disk of the moon appears to completely cover the disk of the sun in the sky. The fact that total solar eclipses occur at all is a quirk of cosmic geometry. The moon orbits an average of 239,000 miles (385,000 kilometers) from Earth — just the right distance to seem the same size in the sky as the much-larger sun. However, these heavenly bodies line up only about once every 18 months.

Outside the path of totality, skywatchers in the continental U.S. and other nearby areas will see a partial solar eclipse, in which the moon appears to take a bite out of the sun's disk. Two to five solar eclipses occur each year on average, but total solar eclipses happen just once every 18 months or so.

How Solar Eclipses Work: When the moon covers up the sun, skywatchers delight in the opportunity to see a rare spectacle. Credit: Karl Tate, Contributor

What will I see during a total solar eclipse?

During a total solar eclipse, the disk of the moon blocks out the last sliver of light from the sun, and the sun's outer atmosphere, the corona, becomes visible. The corona is far from an indistinct haze; skywatchers report seeing great jets and ribbons of light, twisting and curling out into the sky.

"It brings people to tears," Rick Fienberg, a spokesperson for the American Astronomical Society (AAS), told of the experience. "It makes people's jaw drop."

During totality, the area inside the moon's shadow is cloaked in twilight — a very strange feeling to experience in the middle of the day. Just before and just after totality, observers can see this cloak of darkness moving toward them across the landscape, and then moving away.

These effects are not visible during a partial solar eclipse, so skywatchers are encouraged to see if they are inside the path of totality during the total eclipse.

From what locations will the total solar eclipse be visible?

The path of totality for the Aug. 21, 2017, total solar eclipse is about 70 miles wide and stretches from Oregon to South Carolina. It passes through Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

You can use this interactive map from NASA to zoom in on the path and find out the exact locations from which it will be visible.

You can also check out our state-by-state guide to find out which major cities and prime locations will fall inside the path of totality. You may also want to attend one of the many eclipse parties and organized events taking place around the path of totality.

When will the total solar eclipse occur, and how long will it last?

The timing of the total solar eclipse and its duration both depend on where you are inside the path of totality.

At most, the moon will completely cover the disk of the sun for 2 minutes and 40 seconds. That's about how long totality will last for observers positioned anywhere along the center of the path of totality. As you move toward the edge of the path, the duration of totality will decrease. People standing at the very edge of the path may observe totality for only a few seconds.

The chart below lists the moment of mid-totality and the duration of totality for a handful of cities that lie close to the center of the path. Data from NASA.

Because the shadow of the moon will move from west to east, totality will occur later in the day the farther east you travel. Use the NASA interactive eclipse map to find out exactly when totality will occur and how long it will last in the location where you plan to observe the eclipse. Just click on a spot on the map, and an informational box will appear with specific times.

Do I need any equipment to view the eclipse?

Anyone planning to view the total solar eclipse of 2017 should get a pair of solar viewing glasses. These protective shades make it possible for observers to look directly at the sun before and after totality. The following four companies sell eclipse glasses that meet the international standard (ISO 12312-2) recommended by NASA, the AAS and other scientific organizations: Rainbow Symphony, American Paper Optics, Thousand Oaks Optical and TSE 17.

Sunglasses cannot be used in place of solar viewing glasses.

:bulletblack: Buy Solar Eclipse Glasses on

REMEMBER: Looking directly at the sun, even when it is partially covered by the moon, can cause serious eye damage or blindness. NEVER look at a partial solar eclipse without proper eye protection. See our complete guide to find out how to view the eclipse safely.

During totality, when the disk of the sun is completely covered by the moon, it is safe to look up at the celestial sight with the naked eye. (See our in-depth safety guide for more details about when it is safe to view the eclipse with unaided eyes.) Binoculars are helpful for seeing more detail in the solar corona. Telescopes are not necessary, but some skywatchers may use low-powered telescopes.

Skywatchers outside the path of totality will still be able to see a partial solar eclipse. Solar viewing glasses allow skywatchers to look directly at the moon's progress across the face of the sun. You can also view the progress of a partial solar eclipse using a pinhole camera.

For more information, see our complete guide for how to view the eclipse safely.

What else should I know before viewing the eclipse?

Aug. 21, 2017, one of the worst traffic days in national history, some NASA representatives predict. Although about 12 million people live within the narrow band of totality, approximately 25 million reside within a day's drive of it, and the agency has estimated that the population inside the path of totality may double on the day of the eclipse.

With that in mind, make sure you plan for extra travel time, especially on the day of the eclipse. Most hotel rooms inside the path of totality have been booked for months or years, so you may not be able to stay inside the path the night before.

When selecting a location where you plan to view the eclipse, keep in mind your proximity to food, water, parking and facilities. Attending an organized eclipse event is an ideal way to make sure those things are close by. Traveling even short distances could be difficult in some areas, and midday in the middle of August can mean punishing heat in many parts of the country.

When is the next time a total solar eclipse will be visible from the U.S.?

In 2024, a total solar eclipse will darken the skies above Mexico and Texas, up through the Midwest and northeastern U.S.

Please Hear What I'm Not Saying

Journal Entry: Mon Jan 9, 2017, 10:20 PM
I read this poem today and it struck a cord with me because I have been the person described here and I know other wonderful people who self sabotage themselves in this aspect. Charles C. Finn said it most perfectly:

"Don't be fooled by me.

Don't be fooled by the face I wear
for I wear a mask, a thousand masks,
masks that I'm afraid to take off,
and none of them is me.

Pretending is an art that's second nature with me,
but don't be fooled,
for God's sake don't be fooled.
I give you the impression that I'm secure,
that all is sunny and unruffled with me, within as well as without,
that confidence is my name and coolness my game,
that the water's calm and I'm in command
and that I need no one,
but don't believe me.
My surface may seem smooth but my surface is my mask,
ever-varying and ever-concealing.
Beneath lies no complacence.
Beneath lies confusion, and fear, and aloneness.
But I hide this. I don't want anybody to know it.
I panic at the thought of my weakness exposed.
That's why I frantically create a mask to hide behind,
a nonchalant sophisticated facade,
to help me pretend,
to shield me from the glance that knows.

But such a glance is precisely my salvation, my only hope,
and I know it.
That is, if it's followed by acceptance,
if it's followed by love.
It's the only thing that can liberate me from myself,
from my own self-built prison walls,
from the barriers I so painstakingly erect.
It's the only thing that will assure me
of what I can't assure myself,
that I'm really worth something.
But I don't tell you this. I don't dare to, I'm afraid to.
I'm afraid your glance will not be followed by acceptance,
will not be followed by love.
I'm afraid you'll think less of me,
that you'll laugh, and your laugh would kill me.
I'm afraid that deep-down I'm nothing
and that you will see this and reject me.

So I play my game, my desperate pretending game,
with a facade of assurance without
and a trembling child within.
So begins the glittering but empty parade of masks,
and my life becomes a front.
I idly chatter to you in the suave tones of surface talk.
I tell you everything that's really nothing,
and nothing of what's everything,
of what's crying within me.
So when I'm going through my routine
do not be fooled by what I'm saying.
Please listen carefully and try to hear what I'm not saying,
what I'd like to be able to say,
what for survival I need to say,
but what I can't say.

I don't like hiding.
I don't like playing superficial phony games.
I want to stop playing them.
I want to be genuine and spontaneous and me
but you've got to help me.
You've got to hold out your hand
even when that's the last thing I seem to want.
Only you can wipe away from my eyes
the blank stare of the breathing dead.
Only you can call me into aliveness.
Each time you're kind, and gentle, and encouraging,
each time you try to understand because you really care,
my heart begins to grow wings--
very small wings,
very feeble wings,
but wings!

With your power to touch me into feeling
you can breathe life into me.
I want you to know that.
I want you to know how important you are to me,
how you can be a creator--an honest-to-God creator--
of the person that is me
if you choose to.
You alone can break down the wall behind which I tremble,
you alone can remove my mask,
you alone can release me from my shadow-world of panic,
from my lonely prison,
if you choose to.
Please choose to.

Do not pass me by.
It will not be easy for you.
A long conviction of worthlessness builds strong walls.
The nearer you approach to me the blinder I may strike back.
It's irrational, but despite what the books say about man
often I am irrational.
I fight against the very thing I cry out for.
But I am told that love is stronger than strong walls
and in this lies my hope.
Please try to beat down those walls
with firm hands but with gentle hands
for a child is very sensitive.

Who am I, you may wonder?
I am someone you know very well.
For I am every man you meet
and I am every woman you meet."

A Very Merry Christmas!

Journal Entry: Sun Dec 25, 2016, 12:53 AM

On December 24th, 1968, Apollo 8 made its final pass around the moon and the crew, in turn, sent home this message:

Bill Anders
"We are now approaching lunar sunrise, and for all the people back on Earth, the crew of Apollo 8 has a message that we would like to send to you.
'In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.'"

Jim Lovell
"And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day."

Frank Borman
"'And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.'
And from the crew of Apollo 8, we close with good night, good luck, a Merry Christmas -- and God bless all of you, all of you on the good Earth."

So me and Natasha Ruby288 have been through quite an interesting friendship and were even together at one point, she is dating another man right now and I am happy for her. :) Why am I bringing this up? Well it's because she is an awesome girl who deserves praise and has been off of dA for quite awhile, and I have decided to make this journal in the hopes of encouraging her to use dA again to express herself through art. She is a bad ass with talent and beauty that surpasses all expectation. She is a very creative woman with a passion for photography, singing, drawing, photo manipulation, history, scifi, and the military. Natasha is a tomboy with heavy streak of queen and princess in her and she is proud to show it.

She last uploaded a deviation in May of 2016 and I don't know how often she checks her Deviant ART account but I hope when she sees this journal it will help to inspire her to be the awesome woman that she is. So come on dA lets show her some support!!!!

DHARMARAJA is getting really awesome with multimedia, and I am more proud of her than words can express Heart

Please check out these works of awesomeness, and be sure to check out her epic gallery and add her to watch!

I have always had faith in her and will always continue to. She is creative and brilliant with limitless potential! Let her also act as an example of the change she wants to create in the world and know that all of you, have just as much potential as well! Life can be challenging and confusing at times, but as long as you take your mistakes as valid lessons that provide knowledge and wisdom, they will only empower you to keep going on the right track. Especially if you have supportive friends who never give up on you, no matter what. We all have at least a few of those, right?

If you add her to watch, let her know that it was because of this journal. Let her know that her skills are epic. She can be a bit hard on herself sometimes and she does need to be reminded that she has awesome skills. She can be a bit of a perfectionist at times, so sometimes it can be hard for her to see how awesome she is. But, I guess that can be said for everyone. Society does teach us all to be hard on ourselves.

When Is Enough ENOUGH?

Am I the only one getting really sick of the blame game in this world? Am I the only one fed up enough to talk about it?

Russia this. Syria that. Iran this. ISIS that. Geopolitical Banksters this, Illuminati that. Donald Trump this, Hillary Clinton that. Liberals this, Conservatives that. Blah blah blah. As equally TRUE as ALL SIDES of these arguments ARE, has anyone ever stopped to consider LOOKING IN THE MIRROR for where to place the blame? Is everyone so hateful and hopeless that they won't stop for a second to think that maybe everyone deserves what everyone has been getting?

I don't mean "deserves" from a "moral" standpoint, I mean it as far as physics and consequences. Water is wet. Rocks are hard. Fire burns. He (or she) who fucks up, gets fucked. Consequences, you know?

The psychopaths who rule this world are the extreme minority. The rest of us, are the majority. WE LET THEM DO THE THINGS TO US THAT THEY DO. We refuse to take personal responsibility. We complain about all of the hate and bigotry and genocide and war and criminality that others are doing, and we do so while being hateful and bigoted and putting both our money and our support into genocide and war.

Ask everyone if they want to pause and be loving and get together and work with each other to do good works and good things and inspire others towards the positive, and you get looked at like some pollyanna nut job that is suggesting that we go talk to the unicorns on the magic rainbow. But yeah, suggest we go blow shit up or go kick someones ass because we "hate them" and yeah, we're all for that, aren't we? Doing so while saying we should do it because "those others guys" are just so "mean and hateful" and need to be destroyed. We're such hypocrites. Its like Hitler bitching about the KKK for being racist, metaphorically speaking.

Atheists with all of their pseudo-intellectual logic and reason, acting more illogical and unreasonable than most people. Christians professing the love of Christ acting with such hate and contempt that they even fight with each other about which person or group is "a real Christian", forsaking all others. So-called "patriots" fighting each other over which subjective view of freedom qualifies as freedom. So called "truthers" battling with each other and when any two slightly disagree with each other, they post hate about each other and accuse each other of being government agents. The Independent Media becoming just as indulged in ratings and propaganda and spin as much as the main stream ever has been.

The bible says we will love our neighbors equally to what we love ourselves. More true words have never been spoken. Look around. How do most people feel about themselves? How much low self esteem, lack of self worth and self loathing are most people experiencing? You're damned right people are absolutely treating their fellow man according to exactly how they view themselves.

Is it time for a change? Or do you all want to keep doing as you've been doing, making the same historical mistakes over and over. When is enough, enough? When is it time to stop hating ourselves and others, and start loving ourselves and others? When is it time to stop fighting each other and start working together?

If you can't respond to this with saying "I'm willing, lets do something about it!" then you are a part of the problem.

[URGENT] dA Staff Member: Company Going Broke

[URGENT] dA Staff Member: Company Going Broke

To those of you who have been trapped in this fantasy of "oh well, deviantART isn't being tyrannical, times are just hard and they need money" bullshit false narrative -- I'm pleased to be able to present to you, a journal from FORMER STAFF MEMBER dxd.

In his journal titled "To all my friends left on DA staff", he explains how economic times are not the reason things are going down hill, but rather the top heads of the company milking the lifes blood out of this website until its a dead corpse. To those of you who used to think me nutty for saying this exact same thing. I forgive you. :)

"Please begin looking for new jobs if you aren't already, this site is not going to last, they've cut the jobs of most of your friends, the top level is still there, still earning far more than you ever will, while everyone else on much lower income is losing their job with barely a moments notice." warns dxd -- as he details how tons of money has been spent on garbage it doesn't need, while things the site actually needs, never get implemented.

dxd explains "This website is being mismanaged, it's being run in to the ground and soon it will be broken up and sold off. The only people that will come out of this with anything other than a bitter taste are the owners who will get a lump of cash and move on to something else that their rich friends can shoehorn them in to."

A deviantARTist, Spudfuzz suggests "This is probably way to impractical of an idea and would never happen, but I wanted to put it out there anyway. Why not everyone who was laid off come together and work on a better alternative site to DA? Literally all you have to do to compete with DA at this point is not be DA. (And yanno, care about the community and all.) You're the people who have the technical skill, the only thing the guys at the top really know how to do is siphon the exorbitant profits from the skilled workforce their reign over. There have been some other alternatives made but they don't work because they're too gallery focused and do not have the same sort of means for community support, like forums even." ---

To which I responded with "I've had this same idea, too. Unfortunately, in the society we lives in these days being extremely totalitarian -- we have all been put through various levels of emotional and psychological abuse, collectively. The news is 24-7 fear. The economy sucks. The list goes on. People are rather stressed out these days. Add to that, the heartbreak and disappointment that these staff members endured when they got laid off.

It takes more than professional and technical know-how to create a competing site. It takes having a strong enough will that your desire to do the greater good exceeds the pain we feel from the collective Stockholm Syndrome of a society that we've become these days.

So yes, I am sure those 60 staff members that got laid off most likely could come together and create a competing site, quite easily. But seeing as humans aren't robots and they have emotions and such -- sometimes it is just not that easy to do something that other wise uses very simple basic sound logic.

I'm currently using a site called TSU. Its not an art site, but it is a bastion for freedom so far, and artists, activists and all peoples of open and creative mind are quite welcomed on there. There is this one deviantARTist on there who said that on deviantART, he had tens of thousands of views. But then he put his art on TSU, and got millions of views.

So, it may not be an art site and it might not be the most sophisticated thing out there. But its rock solid and the people are awesome. And their mobile app isn't a complete piece of shit."

If you decide you wish to create a TSU account, just goto the link I specified. The invite code should already be filled in, but in case its not, it is "paradigmshiftdocs4u". Please make sure you notify me once you have done so, because I have been creating a list of deviantARTists who are also on TSU, as a helpful reference. You will be added to it. Once you have created a TSU account, you can find many cool deviantARTists to follow, by checking out the listing here:  paradigm-shifting.deviantart.c…

deviantART may yet survive this. Once things hit rock bottom, deviantART will be put up for sale. A wise buyer will see the true potential of this community and begin to do right for this site and get even more filthy rich in the process. So, all we can do is hope that the wise buyer option ends up being the reality of the situation.

But for those of you who watch me and don't want to lose track of me in case this place does go belly up -- you now know exactly how to do so.

I hope you all decide to fave and share this journal entry. After all, sucks to be anyone who didn't see this coming and then POOF their shit is all gone. At least some warning would be nice. deviantART won't warn you worth a shit, so don't expect them to. Its up to us to spread the word. the deviantAPATHY staff is fucked and can not be depended upon.

HewyToonmore has also pointed me to dxd's newest journal, which I think needs your attention as well:…

That journal was posted to reduce the "fear factor" as this reaction was not his intention, NOR WAS IT MINE, EITHER!

When companies go broke, it can mean their death or their rebirth. I'm not going to assume which will happen. But just as having a fire extinguisher does not mean we absolutely 100% expect a nasty fire in our home -- this journal is not mean to imply that deviantART won't have a process of rebirth. I'm not trying to be "negative" I'm just sharing data and proposing my own fire extinguisher.

For the few over reacting negative comments I've gotten, I'm just sitting here like ...

Discontinued vaccine contained thimerosal, aluminum and formaldehyde

Adan Salazar - MARCH 31, 2016

A vaccine insert available via the US Food and Drug Administration website lists “autism” as one of many reported severe adverse side effects.

Sanofi Pasteur’s whooping cough vaccine Tripedia, which was designed to be administered in five doses between six weeks and seven years of age, is no longer available on the market, but the serum’s insert – last updated in December 2005 – provides hints to why it may have been pulled.

Under a section on page 11 describing “ADVERSE REACTIONS,” researchers acknowledged “autism,” among other serious complications, had been reported following the vaccine’s administration.

Other events reported to have been triggered by the vaccine included idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (low levels of blood platelets), SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), anaphylactic reaction (severe allergic reaction), cellulitis (bacterial skin infection), convulsion/grand mal convulsion, encephalopathy (brain inflammation), hypotonia (floppy baby syndrome), neuropathy (pain due to nerve damage), somnolence (extreme drowsiness) and apnea (suspension of breathing during sleep).

The document goes on to state that “Events were included in this list because of the seriousness or frequency of reporting,” but an added caveat distances researchers and its product from liability:
“Because these events are reported voluntarily from a population of uncertain size, it is not always possible to reliably estimate their frequencies or to establish a causal relationship to components of Tripedia vaccine.”

The Tripiedia DTaP vaccine approved in 1996, which contained a “trace amount of thimerosal,” aluminum, gelatin, polysorbate 80 and formaldehyde, was evidently much better than its predecessor.

“DTaP replaced an older, very reactive whole cell pertussis vaccine – DPT – that was associated with more cases of high fever, collapse/shock, convulsions, brain inflammation and permanent brain damage,” said Barbara Loe Fisher, the mother of a child injured by the DPT vaccine, on behalf of the non-profit National Vaccine Information Center.

“Over half of the 2,480 awards for vaccine injury and death, totaling $2 billion, made under the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, involved Pertussis vaccine.”
Meanwhile, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention maintains an entire page dedicated to claims there is no causal link between vaccines and autism.

A breakdown of the latest intel in the Oregon standoff shooting

Journal Entry: Sun Jan 3, 2016, 4:12 PM

Published on Jan 3, 2016

This is a breaking news alert. Following the peaceful protest of the prosecution of two Harney County ranchers, Dwight Hammond Jr. and Steven Hammond approximately 150 militia, led by the son of Cliven Bundy, Ammon Bundy have seized control of a Federal property.

Bundy told the press many would be willing to fight, and die, if necessary, to defend what they see as constitutionally protected rights for states, counties, and individuals to manage local lands.

The Harney County sheriff confirmed the Malheur Wildlife Refuge is currently under control of the Bundy Militia.

Bundy released this statement.

Sarah Dee Spurlock, who posted that statement to Facebook, commented that the militia has removed the BLM signage and blocked the road with a truck. She also stated they are heavily armed.

Blaine Cooper reinforced the call to arms to fight the tyranny of the Bureau of Land Management.

Harney County Sheriff David Ward confirmed what he called an ‘occupation’ of the Federal property and stated “A collective effort from multiple agencies is currently working on a solution” and asked that people stay away from the area.

During a phone interview conducted by The Oregonian, Ammon Bundy and his brother Ryan Bundy stated they are not looking to hurt anyone, but they would not rule out violence if police try to remove them.

To resolve the matter, the militia has demanded the release of the Hammonds from Federal custody and the Federal Government relinquish control of the Malheur National Forest.

According to observers on the ground and local media the militia intends to seize control of a BLM fire station.

Outside of the Bundy brothers there are many men who were also at the Bundy ranch Federal Standoff. Including U.S. Army Veteran Ryan Payne who stated he organized the snipers at Bundy Ranch.

Fortunately, the Bundy ranch federal standoff ended without bloodshed as the militia were defending life and property from a seizure.

This time it the Militia has taken control of a federal building with plans to take over more grounds. Payne has stated the militia has no ill intent and are only there to uphold the constitution. Unfortunately the Federal government doesn’t follow the constitution any longer. That has some worried this new standoff could end up being a slaughter.

Armed Militia Have Taken Over Federal Building in Oregon

Following a protest against the prosecution and extended jail time of two Oregon ranchers, about 150 armed protestors, which authorities say include members of the Bundy family and militia members, took control of the unoccupied Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

The group does not appear to have any hostages and appears to have intentionally taken over a building containing no people.

Here is the latest statement from Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward, per local media outlets:

“After the peaceful rally was completed today, a group of outside militants drove to the Malheur Wildlife Refuge, where they seized and occupied the refuge headquarters. A collective effort from multiple agencies is currently working on a solution. For the time being please stay away from that area. More information will be provided as it becomes available. Please maintain a peaceful and united front and allow us to work through this situation.”

In a statement to reporters, Ammon Bundy said the following:

“The facility has been the tool to do all the tyranny that has been placed upon the Hammonds,” he said.

“We’re planning on staying here for years, absolutely,” he added. “This is not a decision we’ve made at the last minute.”

The group was protesting the renewed prosecution of the arson case against ranchers father and son Dwight and Steven Hammond.

According to a opinion piece describing the case:

The two started a series of range fires on their private property which eventually spread onto federal land. The federal government prosecuted them in 2012 on an array of charges, from conspiracy to attempting to damage property through fire. They were found guilty on only two arson counts, which covered activities (setting fires) the Hammonds admitted to. As part of their plea deal, they agreed not to appeal their sentences. 73-year-old Dwight Hammond was sentenced to three years in prison and his 46-year-old son Steven to 11 months, below the mandatory minimum of five years, which the judge, Michael Hogan, called “grossly disproportionate” and said would “shock his conscience.”

As per the deal, the Hammonds didn’t appeal the sentence. But the Department of Justice (DOJ) did, getting the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn Judge Hogan’s decision and order the Hammonds to return to jail. They are supposed to do so on Monday.

Corporate media portrays incident as illegal act by crazed gun-toting militias

Corporate media coverage of the impending standoff at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon will downplay the underlying issue—the federal government’s claimed ownership in the name of the “people” of nearly 650 million acres of land, almost 30 percent of the area of the United States.

The federal government is not authorized to own land. The Constitution restricts the feds to establishing “Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other Needful Buildings” and reserves for the States the right to own land.

“Our Founding Fathers specifically restricted what land the Federal government could own,” explains the Constitutional Concepts Foundation. “Even then, the Federal government had to purchase the land from the State, with the approval of the State Legislature. Further, the Constitution stipulates that all new States will become members of the Union on an equal footing with all other States. This is not true of the Western States where the vast majority of the land within the boundaries of the State was simply taken by the Federal government.”

Supporters of large, centralized government argue the massive theft of land is permitted under the Property Clause of the Constitution. “The Property Clause gives Congress the authority over federal property generally, and the Supreme Court has described Congress’s power to legislate under this clause as ‘without limitation,'” concludes theCongressional Research Service, a legislative branch agency within the Library of Congress.

The mention of the Supreme Court refers to a 1911 ruling permitting the federal government to grab large tracts of land as national forests held in the “public interest.”

“The current regime of federal land management is blatantly unconstitutional,” writes the Tenth Amendment Center. “The founding fathers never intended to create a Republic where the feds could impose draconian fees on peaceful individuals and force them from the land. As a matter of fact, that is exactly the arrangement that the Constitution was written to prevent, as it clearly violates the principles of fiduciary government, sympathy and independence.”

Omitted from the discussion playing out in the media is the fact the feds have gobbled up millions of acres of land in Pacman fashion not out of concern for the “public interest,” but for profit and concession to large corporations in control of the legislative, executive and judicial branches of government.

For instance, the states of Colorado, Utah and Wyoming have the largest deposits of shale oil in the world. In addition, the West has an abundance of bauxite, phosphate, trees, oil, gas, clay, fish and is cultivated for a wide variety of agricultural products.

Since 1982, the federal government has leased for oil and gas drilling 229 million acres of public and private land in 12 western states. One of the federal government’s largest sources of non-tax revenue comes from the land it leases to oil, gas and coal companies, The Washington Post notes. Corporations get a stupendous deal from the government, often leasing land at around $2 per acre, a price less than a cup of coffee.

The occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge center is about the federal government’s unconstitutional claimed ownership of land and the rules it imposes on ranchers (and its effort to drive the few remaining independent ranchers off the land).

The corporate media, however, will continue to minimize this and portray the occupation as an illegal act by gun-toting militias bent on armed confrontation with the federal government. This may sell newspapers and result in web page views, but it does a disservice to the overriding issue—the continued expansion of government and its zeal to abrogate property rights and implement Agenda 21.

Militiamen, ranchers in showdown for soul of Burns

Journal Entry: Thu Dec 31, 2015, 1:55 PM

BURNS – The strangers carrying the whisper of danger arrived in the vast territory of the Harney Basin just before the holidays.

Ammon Bundy once helped his father repulse the government in an armed showdown on a Nevada desert. He was Tasered for his effort.

Ryan Payne, an electrician from Montana, joined that same standoff and boasted of organizing civilians into sniper squads that drew a bead on federal agents.

And not long ago, Jon Ritzheimer worried the FBI with his threatening rants against Muslims in Arizona and elsewhere, according to press reports.

Now, the men say, they are in Burns to help Dwight and Steven Hammond.

The Hammonds are father and son ranchers, due to report to federal prison on Monday. They were convicted in 2012 of arson for lighting public land on fire adjacent to their ranch land south of Burns. They have been imprisoned once and must return for an additional term after federal appellate judges said they had been illegally sentenced the first time.

Self-styled patriots and militiamen gathering in Burns don't want that to happen, declaring the Hammonds' imprisonment illegal under the U.S. Constitution.

They have latched on to the Hammonds as their latest cause to stand against the federal government.

"I am here now trying to empower and motivate the people of this community to take a stand against tyranny and show them that I will gladly stand with them," Ritzheimer said.

The Hammonds don't want to be part of the outsiders' cause, and neither do many in Harney County.

But that hasn't stopped the strangers from summoning help from militia groups across the country. They are vague about their intention and their plans, unsettling the community and putting law enforcement on edge. The militia plan a rally and a parade on Saturday, circling the county courthouse that houses the sheriff's office.

The militia members have been insisting that Harney County Sheriff Dave Wardcreate a sanctuary so the Hammonds will be immune from surrendering. Ward met with the militiamen and rejected that demand. The militia has since labeled him an "enemy of the people." Ward said he has received emailed death threats among thousands of messages from across the country regarding the Hammonds.

Two weeks ago, Bundy and Payne roused 60 or so local citizens to their cause at a community meeting. They rented the Memorial Building at the fairgrounds for the night. They taped themselves lecturing the locals on their rights, on the Constitution, and on their duty to protect themselves.

The Harney County situation is the second time this year Oregon has been the national rallying point for militias. Last spring, miners fighting with the Bureau of Land Management over paperwork outside Medford found themselves enveloped with militia defenders. Militia members eventually left – but only after claiming they beat back the government. An administrative law judge temporarily stopped BLM action against the miners.

But the activists carrying pocket editions of the Constitution with them to Harney County are better known for the spectacle in Nevada in spring 2014.

The BLM was the bogeyman there too.

Nevada showdown

Militiamen by the hundreds flowed to Nevada that year to help rancher Cliven Bundy. The BLM was corralling his cattle that it said were trespassing on public land. The agency said Bundy hadn't paid grazing fees for 20 years, amassing more than $1 million in bills.

Payne, an Army veteran, came to the rancher's defense. In later interviews, Payne said he was the "militia adviser" to Bundy. Payne helped array armed civilians against the federal agents.

"We had counter-sniper positions on their sniper positions.  We had at least one guy—sometimes two guys—per BLM agent in there," Payne told a Montana weekly, the Independent.  "If they made one wrong move, every single BLM agent in that camp would've died."

Ammon Bundy, Cliven Bundy's third son, was there too.

As the nation watched, the BLM called off the cattle collection and withdrew in the face of the armed militia. The Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks hate groups across the country, said in a 2014 report on the Bundy standoff that the government's retreat empowered the militiamen.

Ryan Lenz with the law center was on the ground in Nevada and later interviewed Payne for the report. Lenz said the Harney County development isn't surprising.

"What's happening is very much what everyone feared would happen in the aftermath of the Bundy standoff," Lenz said. "The rule of law was suspended with the barrel of a gun."

Aiding the Hammonds

Bundy and Payne say they met with both Dwight and Susan Hammond at their home in November. Bundy said he helped the ranchers move cows one day.

The Hammonds initially accepted the militia's offer of help to avoid prison, Bundy said. But the Hammonds changed their minds after being warned by federal prosecutors to stop communicating with the militia, Bundy wrote in a blog post.

The Hammonds declined interview requests and didn't respond to written questions about their dealings with the militiamen. A Boise lawyer representing the Hammonds said in a letter to the sheriff that Bundy didn't speak for the ranchers and that they intended to surrender as required.

Document: Hammond attorney letter

Bundy and Payne and their associates are persisting, though. They explain in deliberate, calm tones their reasoning.

The federal government claims title to most of the land in Harney County, the ninth largest county in the United States. Bundy and Payne maintain that Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution limits what the federal government can own, and that the government's claim to much of Harney County violates that limit. The federal government consequently has no authority to prosecute the Hammonds.

Bundy and Payne, who said he has moved to Harney County, have pressed the matter on several fronts. They have insisted that Ward, the sheriff, protect the Hammonds. They have written other elected officials in the county and in Oregon asserting the same demand.

Some residents have shown interest in the group's cause.

Locals voted seven of their own onto a new Harney County Committee of Safety, including ranchers, a retired fire chief, and a tax preparer.

Payne and Bundy said the committee would decide how to address the Hammond conflict. But Bundy quickly created a website for the group and drafted a sharply-worded letter to the sheriff for the committee to issue.

Citizens on the committee said they authorized none of it.

Local dissent

Chris Briels, Burns fire chief for 24 years, said he was intrigued by the constitutional arguments raised by Payne and Bundy. But he said he also felt pushed too hard by Bundy to act. Briels said he is no anarchist.

The militia, Briels said, "seems like a bunch of people ready to shoot.  I don't want that in my county."

Melodi Molt, a rancher and former president of Oregon CattleWomen, joined Briels on the new committee. She's troubled by what's happened to the Hammonds – but also worried about what her community faces with the outsiders.

"We're not from the militia," said Molt. "We're not going to come in with guns and overthrow the government."

The state's largest agriculture associations have vigorously defended the Hammonds since they were charged but want no part of the brewing militia action.

"I don't think people lining up in front of them with weapons or any kind of threats are going to help the Hammonds at all," said Barry Bushue, Oregon Farm Bureau president.

Billy Williams, Oregon's U.S. attorney, has also weighed in. In a lengthy statement to the Burns Times-Herald, Williams explained why the Hammonds were prosecuted. He then warned: "Any criminal behavior contemplated by those who may object to the court's mandate that harms someone will not be tolerated and will result in serious consequences."

Document: Statement by U.S. Attorney Billy Williams

Payne and Bundy say it's up to local residents what happens next. If the locals decide to declare the county a sanctuary for the Hammonds, the militia is ready.

"We're sending the message: We will protect you," Payne said.

Such talk rattles the community, as has conduct locals blame on the strangers.

Tensions persist.

A Utah man tied to Bundy and Payne disrupted a state court session, insisting the judge empanel a special grand jury to investigate the Hammond matter. Federal employees report they have been followed around town and to their homes. Payne said no one in his group has followed federal employees. But he acknowledged knocking on the front door of a home featuring a handmade "Go Home Bundys" sign. Payne said he wanted to understand the homeowner's concerns.

Signs on street poles pronounce, "Militia go home!"

Others reply: "You are the militia."

One episode in particular has upset the community.

The sheriff said three militiamen and one woman, one with a gun strapped to his hip, engaged his 74-year-old mother and 78-year-old father at a yard sale being held at the American Legion. When the men criticized the sheriff, his mother bristled, and said she didn't need their protection from the government.

Later, the men showed up at the sheriff's office to complain about the exchange involving his mother.

She had, they said, threatened them.
